For the annual Spooky Summer Soirée costume party, The Electric Company dresses as animals disguised as monsters. But before Marcus and Jessica can buy their costumes, Annie and Gilda buy the entire discount costume store's stock, and Jessica and Marcus then have to buy costumes on street fairs. But can they do it before the costume party, and can they stay in thier budget range?
